In 2008 we made the decision to try our hand in the show ring! At the time we had 2 gorgeous boys to start with and our little girl Penelope was almost old enough for the ring so both of my daughters decided to give it a try....
I even tried my hand at it over the next two years with Penelope, Dharma, Beatrice and our boy Sayid - who is way to spoiled now to feel the need to show off:)
Penelope - Would much rather take a nap than be forced to prance around a ring for some stinky ribbon:) LOL
Beatrice - Now living with Bruno Pratico' and his partner in Italy. Beatrice was given the opportunity to become a world traveler and live the life of a spoiled princess with her new family.
Dharma - Now with my friend Denise in southern Indiana.
I learned a lot over the next year and a half and have realized that as much as I love spending time with my dogs and as much as I would like to take my dogs in the ring myself, I just do not have the personality to pull it off.
We do have a few beautiful keepers and have decided to send them into the ring with show friends this upcoming year and/or handlers. This is where you will be able to follow their career and keep up with progress.
